According to the announcement from Sunstone Development Co., Ltd., the company intended to build a project with an annual output of 250,000 tons of high-conductivity energy-saving carbon materials for aluminum and 50,000 tons of high-end negative electrode materials for lithium batteries in Chongqing Qijiang Industrial Park.
Sunstone planned to invest a total of around CNY 1.25 billion in this project. The construction of the project would be undertaken by state-owned companies. This investment will help Sunstone to expand its production capacity in the southwest market.
