The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) started its first anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on Chinese aluminum cookware on May 29, 2026. This review was based on a request from Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) manufacturers.
The targeted products fall under HS codes 7615 10 100 0, 7615 10 800 9, 7616 99 100 8, and 7616 99 900 8.
The original dumping inquiry began on June 29, 2020. Consequently, the authority imposed a 21.89% AD duty on these products starting September 25, 2021. That measure carried a five-year validity, leading to the current regulatory review.
